Using the Zoom Mobile App
Signing In:

When signing in, make sure to select the “Sign in with SSO” tab

Enter Cirrus as the domain and then enter your credentials

- When submitting tickets, always include:
- Meeting ID
- Impacted User(s)
- Screenshots
- Details (date, time, duration, errors)
Zoom Tips and Best Practices
Before the meeting:
- Test your Audio and Video
- Have content you intend to share ready in advance
- Close applications with pop ups
- Make sure you are hardwired into your network
- Recommended bandwidth is 1.5 Mbps (up/down). Check your internet bandwidth using Speedtest.net
- Remember: There is NO NEED to VPN in to use Zoom or for emails.
Hosting a meeting:
- Mute your microphone if others are presenting/speaking
- Use Gallery View for collaborative meetings
- Share your screen
- Share specific applications to control displayed content
- Use “New Share” to seamlessly transition between shared applications
- Use the Annotation feature to grab and direct attention
Turn your camera on:
- Position your webcam at, or slightly above eye level
- Make eye contact – try to look at your webcam as often as possible
