Low Power Stereo Codec with Headphone Amplifier

The low power CS42L51 audio codec delivers excellent audio performance while maximizing battery life and minimizing end-product form factors. The CS42L51 operates from a single, 1.8 V power supply to optimize power consumption, yet deliver 46 mW into stereo 16 ohm headphones for a great listening experience. This 24-bit, 96 kHz stereo codec allows infinite sample rate adjustment between 4 kHz and 100 kHz and generates its own on-chip negative power supply voltage.
